Terms for Lovelai

Lovelai is an adults-only chat-first AI dating product built around real profiles, cross-cultural relationship intelligence, safer messages, and verification when trust-sensitive actions need it. Joining the free beta does not create a paid subscription.

Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years old and must provide accurate profile and verification information. Accounts that appear fraudulent, unsafe, or underage may be restricted or removed.

Safety rules

Harassment, impersonation, scam attempts, threats, and attempts to evade verification are not allowed. Reports can trigger human review, account limits, or removal.

Lovelai AI assistance

AI Love Briefs, Lovelai Concierge matchmaking chat, profile-card feedback prompts, daily romantic scenario mini-games and rituals, Culture Bridge, Guided Intro, Bridge Translation with nuance, and Scam-Shield are support tools. Lovelai can suggest, translate, explain, and warn, but members remain responsible for what they send and must not use AI assistance to harass, impersonate, manipulate, or pressure another person.

Consent, memory, and trust

Lovelai AI features should wait for consent before profile or message analysis. Members can turn off Lovelai AI and delete Lovelai memory without deleting their account. Verification can support trust-sensitive actions through an eKYC-backed provider path where configured; the Japan trust path is JPKI-ready and remains gated by live provider proof before launch use.

Reports, blocks, and appeals

Members can report profiles or messages, block users, appeal moderation decisions, and contact support about safety or account concerns. UGC reports involving scams, coercion, minors, threats, private documents, or payment pressure may be prioritized for timely review.

Beta access

Beta access is free. If paid plans are introduced later, members will see clear pricing and consent before any paid subscription starts.
