Lovelai favors consent and clarity over volume. People must pass verification checks before trust-sensitive actions, and every report creates a review trail. The trust layer is eKYC-backed where provider proof is configured; Japan uses JPKI-ready trust language until the live JPKI endpoint is retained as launch proof.

Chat-first profile cards, photo vibe and bio pull feedback, AI Love Briefs, Lovelai Concierge matchmaking chat, daily romantic scenario rituals, Culture Bridge, Guided Intro, Bridge Translation, and Scam-Shield are designed to keep context, consent, and safety visible. Scam-Shield screens message pressure patterns, Bridge Translation keeps original meaning and nuance together, and Guided Intro suggestions stay editable before a member sends anything.

UGC moderation

Members can report profiles or messages, block users, appeal moderation decisions, and contact safety support. Reports involving scams, coercion, minors, threats, private documents, or payment pressure are prioritized for timely review.
